Intern – ICT Support Agent work under the supervision of the Direct Line Manager as well as the mentor(s) that they have been assigned to work with.
Job specification:
provide 1st line technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
Responsible for answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner and escalating to the next level of support specialists when and if required.
- To execute the instructions of the Senior Systems and Database Administrator when required
- Answering and providing telephonic, technical and user support.
- Monitor, Test and Inspect ICT equipment.
- Monitor Daily email notifications and service desk requests.
- Escalate and Log Risks and Issues as they occur.
- Log all client requests on the service desk logging system.
