<p><strong>Purpose of the Internship</strong>: The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development, providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applications are invited for the <strong>Customer Experience Centre</strong>(<strong>CEC</strong>) Internship from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 25. The Internship program will run for a period of Eighteen (18) months. Verification process will be undertaken to verify whether you have previous work anywhere within the Republic of South Africa.</p>
<p><strong>Work based exposure may include the following: (populate in the form of Summary)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Consultation – Assisting with managing queries, providing information to claimants, facilitating the signing of offers from the region and attending outreach events where required.</li>
<li>Onboarding – Registration of new claims and Verification and Validation of new claims.</li>
<li>Merits – Assessing the nature of accidents in claims to establish the RAF’s liability</li>
<li>General office administration, filing and data capturing related to the claims administration process.</li>

<p><strong>DUTIES :</strong> Maintain premises and surroundings: clean premises by providing gardening services of routine nature, watering the garden, prune and trim flowers and trees, mow the grass, remove weeds, and garden refuse, apply insecticides. Cultivate the soil for trees and flowers, monitor and keep gardening equipment and tools in good condition. Detect and report malfunctioning of gardening equipment and tools. Repair minor defects of gardening equipment and tools.</p>

<p><strong>DUTIES :</strong> Drive Light and medium motor vehicles to transport passengers and other items (mail, documents, and assets transferred); Conduct routine maintenance on the allocated vehicles and report defects in time; Complete all the required and prescribed records and log books with regard to the vehicle and goods handled; Render messenger services in the Department.</p>
