What will you do:

The position will include but is not limited to, validation of all incidents/claims with high & medium merit indicators, which may include interviewing witnesses, SAPS officials, towing operators, finalizing of reports and administration, liaising with service providers. Handling of admin and/or call requests from outlying investigators. Handling and resolving all queries and problems from any service providers and/or clients on an outlying investigator claim.

What will make you successful in this role:

  • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 (Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage)
  • FAIS accreditation or a FAIS recognized qualification will be highly beneficial
  • Minimum 2 years Motor claims experience
  • Minimum 2 years in the STI (Short Term Insurance) environment
  • Any investigative background (or shown such skill in current roles)
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
