X 44 RAF Claims Learnership 2026

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is inviting applications for the Claims Learnership Programme in Pretoria, Gauteng.

This is a 12-month workplace learning opportunity designed for unemployed South African youth who want to gain practical experience in claims administration, file management, document processing, compliance, scanning, indexing and registration.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Certified copy of ID
• CV
• Motivational letter
• Basic computer skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Willingness and potential to learn
• Self-motivation and interpersonal skills

The opportunity is intended for unemployed applicants who have not previously participated in a relevant learnership or worked in the field of the post. Applicants will also be subject to verification and security vetting.
